CAL programs

The Computer Aided Learning (CAL) programs on Physics will be uploaded according to the schedule as stipulated in this section. The programs are interactive and designed to visualize complicated concepts in the course of learning Physics at Advanced Level. These CAL programs are written in accordance with the arrangement of the textbook - Physics Beyond 2000.

Solutions to Problems

The complete set of solutions to the problems in every chapter of the book can be found in this site. All the questions are given with detailed step-by-step solution. Marks are given to help students to evaluate their correctness in answering essay-type questions.

Online Quiz

The Online Quiz are classified into Practice and Exam. They are designed to allow students to learn at their own pace and assess themselves without the constraints of space and time. The Online Quiz promises to reduce the workload of teachers in daily assessment as report cards of their students can be generated on demand.

You may try Practice for as many times as you like. But, you have only three trials in each Exam. In the Exam, 20 questions are shown in random. They are multiple choice questions with at most 4 options. After each quiz, the results are recorded and would be shown to the student.

The service Report Card on Demand is now available. On receiving the name list of a class of students (with student registration number, name, class and email address), we would set up accounts for the students. Teachers with teacher's accounts can obtain the report cards of all their students by a single click.
